How does event pricing work?

Each event is priced as a clear per-event total based on guest count, rental scope, venue logistics, and the amount of planning support you need. We start with a free consultation, then send a written estimate that spells out the scope before you commit, so you can compare the plan and total side by side without surprise add-on fees.

What happens during the free consultation?

We talk through your event type, guest count, vision, venue, preferred date, and the pieces you want help coordinating. After the call, Petite Events maps the logistics, rentals, layout, and timing into a written next step. If we are a good fit, one planner carries the event from the initial plan through setup and teardown.

Question 3

Do you require a deposit, and when is the balance due?

Accepted Answer

A deposit reserves your event date after you approve the written proposal. The remaining balance is due before the run-of-show, with the exact timing and amounts listed in your booking details. Deposit and balance figures vary by event scope, so we share them clearly before you decide.

Which Indianapolis-area locations do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Petite Events serves Indianapolis and the surrounding metro, including Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Greenwood, Broad Ripple, Noblesville, Westfield, Avon, and Brownsburg. Our usual service area is roughly a 40-mile radius from central Indianapolis. If your venue is farther out, reach out and we will review the travel and logistics with you case by case.

How can my event be customized?

We shape the palette, theme, floor plan, rentals, and planning support around your gathering. Tables, chairs, and linens are sized to the guest count and event type; layouts can be intimate and lounge-like or organized into separate seating, food, and activity zones. Branded props and signage are also available when they fit the event.
