Question 1

What are Petite Events editable digital templates for?

Accepted Answer

They are editable digital starting points for organizing the guest details, plans, and thoughtful touches around a meaningful gathering. The storefront describes templates for family gatherings, milestone celebrations, showers, holidays, and parties, so you can choose a structure that fits the occasion and make the details your own.

Question 2

How do I choose an individual template or a bundle?

Accepted Answer

Browse the template shop to compare each individual product’s title, description, use cases, category, and price. Choose an individual template when one structure fits what you are planning. Choose a bundle when you want the collection shown on its product page, including the listed templates included in that bundle.

Question 3

How do I complete a template purchase?

Accepted Answer

Open the individual template or bundle you want from the storefront and choose its purchase button. Petite Events sends you to the existing secure hosted checkout to complete payment. After checkout, you return to the matching success page while the purchase is confirmed; checkout and payment verification happen through the existing storefront flow.

Question 4

When does my secure download become available?

Accepted Answer

The success page checks the payment after you return from hosted checkout. Once the payment is verified and the purchased template file is available, the page shows the secure download button. For a bundle, it shows a separate secure download for each included template. No download link is shown as fulfilled before that confirmation.

Question 5

What will I see while payment confirmation is pending?

Accepted Answer

The success page displays a confirmation message and keeps checking for a few seconds. It explains that your secure download link will appear when confirmation completes. If confirmation remains unavailable, the page shows a message that the purchase needs another moment and keeps the download unavailable until the payment can be confirmed.

Question 6

How long is the secure download link available?

Accepted Answer

The success page provides a private, time-limited link that expires after 30 minutes. Individual-template purchases show one secure link; bundle purchases show one link for each included template, and each link has the same 30-minute window.
